What does it mean to inspire a better you? I will begin by saying you are enough. The goal is to inspire better physical health, better mental health, better relationships, and better decision-making abilities. To accomplish this, we must learn skills overcome barriers that prevent us from these goals. As a faith-based coach I lean into the word of God in combination with mindfulness skills to help you set and achieve these goals one step at a time.
